Shipping policy

We currently offer worldwide shipping to nearly every country. The transit time will vary based on your location.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, using either USPS or UPS. Domestic orders over $35 ship free.

The typical time frame for delivering in the US is 4-7 days. Depending on your location, you may receive your items sooner. Tracking information is provided to you with each order. Please allow extra time for delivery around busy holidays, especially Christmas.

International order delivery times range between 10-30 days, but can take longer, often due to customs delays. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

In some instances the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this happens, please contact us at info@thequeenofcrowns.com. We will do everything we can to help resolve any situation that we have control over.

If you should receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, let us know right away and we will take care of it.

Order cancellations are accepted if your request is received before items have shipped. If you change your mind about an order once received, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
