About our Bay Leaves:
On September 8, 2020, the Creek Fire raged through California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. That night, we lost our cabin and 6 acres of forest. It would burn 379,895 acres before being contained. The first thing to emerge from the desolate gray landscape was the California Bay Laurel.
We hand pick and triple wash the leaves before air drying them for two weeks.
